For The Neighbourhood was founded with a clear mission. Create real opportunities for youth in Scarborough, Ontario.
As a Scarborough-based youth foundation, we focus on empowering young people through sports, business, and creative programs that build confidence, leadership, and long-term growth. From day one, our work has centred on serving the Scarborough community with integrity and purpose.
We are more than a community organization in Toronto. We are a foundation built by the neighbourhood, for the neighbourhood. Every program, event, and initiative is designed to create safe spaces, develop skills, and open doors for youth across Scarborough and the Greater Toronto Area.
SERVICES
We design structured programs and hands-on experiences that help young people build skills and confidence. Our initiatives span competitive leagues, community-driven events, mentorship opportunities, and creative projects that encourage leadership and personal growth. Through strategic partnerships with local organizations and businesses, we provide access to resources, networks, and environments that many youth would not otherwise experience. Each initiative is built with intention and measurable impact in mind.
Our focus is simple. Equip the next generation with practical tools, meaningful exposure, and opportunities that move them forward.

4TN LEAGUE
The 4TN League launched in November 2025 to address the need for more structured and accessible sports opportunities in Scarborough, Ontario. We identified a gap in organized spaces where athletes and community members could compete consistently in a well-run, positive environment. Men’s Basketball became our starting point. The league was built to offer more than games. It provides structure, accountability, and a standard of competition that reflects the pride of the Scarborough community. Each season creates a platform for players to test themselves, build relationships, and represent their neighbourhood with purpose.
The long-term vision is growth. We plan to expand the 4TN League into additional sports, increasing access to organized competition across Toronto and creating more pathways for community engagement through sport.
